The Portland MSME - Micro & Small Business Pitch Competition will provide an opportunity for micro & small businesses to get exposure and pitch to win a cash grant of JA$400,000.00 for small business owners and $200,000.00 for micro business owners on September 16, 2026, at the MSME Business Roadshow at the Port Antonio High School, Portland. Participants are allotted 5 minutes to explain and pitch their ideas to a panel of judges and a live audience for a chance to win the cash prize. The closing date for entries is September 14, 2026, and shortlisted applicants will be informed and invited to the MSME Business Roadshow to make their pitch.

Participants may use audiovisuals aid in the execution of the pitches. Followed by a 3 minute question & answer discussion with the judges.
